The HEYDAY AS series is a scratch-resistant modifying additive independently developed by Shanghai Handian New Materials Co., Ltd. It can be used as an additive to enhance the scratch resistance of polyolefin modified plastics, and is particularly suitable for improving the scratch resistance of polypropylene-based modified automotive components. It features low addition levels, low VOC, non-migration, non-blooming, and non-tacky properties. With a specially modified silicone structure, it offers better stress whitening resistance than conventional silicones and is suitable for various polyolefin compounds. Among the series, AS-025L is an improved version of AS-025, providing superior dispersibility and significantly reducing the probability of glossy spots on the surface of injection-molded parts.
