High Molecular Weight Silicone Masterbatch is a mold release, slip, and scratch-resistant additive for modified plastics, independently developed by Shanghai Handian New Materials Co., Ltd. It is manufactured by compounding and pelletizing specially functionalized silicone with polyethylene. The product is suitable for systems such as PE, EVA, TPE, PP, PA, PC/ABS, and others. It significantly improves extrusion stability and mold release performance, while enhancing the wear resistance, surface finish, slip properties, and tactile feel of finished parts.
