Chemical Fiber

China is a traditional chemical fiber powerhouse. Chemical fiber is divided into artificial fiber and synthetic fiber by raw material, with synthetic fiber accounting for more than 90% of total output, of which polyester takes about 80%.

Our independently developed carbon black and titanium dioxide dispersants are applied in polyester masterbatch, significantly improving the dispersion of carbon black powder and titanium dioxide in PET polyester, with no odor and better dispersing and lubricating performance than traditional EBS and wax products.

Automotive

The automotive industry is an important pillar of the national economy. Even after 20+ years of rapid development, the overall growth rate of the automotive industry still remains higher than or equal to GDP growth.

Heyday offers many technologies and products in automotive modified plastic additives. Our PP scratch-resistant agent (silicone masterbatch) has replaced similar products from well-known foreign companies, helping automakers reduce costs and improve efficiency. Our AS series is used in interior/exterior PP modified parts of new energy vehicles, with wide applicability, low odor and high cost performance.

PV / Solar

Photovoltaic power generation converts light energy into electricity using solar energy, a clean and renewable energy. In recent years, the PV industry has grown rapidly with continuously improving technology and efficiency.

Adding our anti-hydrolysis agent to PET backsheet films improves weathering test data, upgrading ordinary backsheets to advanced products, increasing added value and extending service life. Our anti-hydrolysis masterbatch can be added directly to PET raw material, effectively suppressing thermal degradation under high temperature and high humidity.

Lithium Battery

Lithium battery is the core power source of the new energy industry, widely used in electric vehicles, energy storage and consumer electronics. The processability and stability of separators and electrodes directly affect battery safety and life.

Heyday has developed a series of dispersants and compatibilizers for lithium battery material processing, improving separator slurry dispersion and electrode coating uniformity, helping manufacturers raise yield and consistency.
