HD-6000 is a nylon anti-fiber floating masterbatch independently developed by Shanghai Handian New Materials, with its core component being a modified organic alkali-metal salt mixture. When added to glass-fiber reinforced nylon compounds, HD-6000 delays nylon crystallization during injection molding and postpones the time at which glass fibers are locked at the part surface, thereby improving the surface gloss of glass-fiber reinforced nylon parts, enhancing appearance, and eliminating the fiber floating phenomenon.
