The RS series is a silicone slip additive for BOPP and CPP films. The RS series masterbatch is a copolymer of silicone and polypropylene, offering good compatibility with polypropylene. It does not bloom during production, storage, or application, providing long-lasting slip performance. At low addition levels, it significantly improves the film's coefficient of friction while having minimal impact on mechanical properties and haze.

This masterbatch utilizes a copolymer structure of special functional silicone and polypropylene, successfully avoiding the adverse effects of blooming from conventional silicone or amide-based slip agents on film transparency, coating, and printability. It is an ideal, cost-effective replacement for existing slip and mold release agents on the market for multi-layer co-extruded films.

（In release films, adding 2.0%–4.0% of RS-050 achieves the desired release performance. In standard CPP and BOPP films, adding approximately 2.0% of RS-050D to the slip layer provides lasting and stable slip performance.）
